These doctors are angels from Heaven. They're so caring. So is everyone on staff! Professional, welcoming, and precise in everything they do. Our family will forever be grateful for the services we've received over the years. If you want top-of-the-line expertise professionalism we highly recommend the medical and vision professional at Primary One.

Why does this place even bother giving you an appointment when you'll still wait for at a minimum an hour past your scheduled time? It's now approaching 90 minutes sitting here waiting. It's bad enough waiting 90 minutes, but waiting 90 minutes with a toddler? Ridiculous. Last appointment for vaccinations for my daughter they didn't even have the vaccine on hand. For a scheduled appointment. It's not like they had two months or anything to make sure they had what they needed for the appointment or anything... I ended up having to wait nearly 2 hours that time. Over an hour before they even told me they didn't have it, then another 30 minutes while they drove over to over of their other locations to get the vaccine they should have brought over prior to my appointment. I'd rate this place 0 stars if I could. Worst clinic ever. This is definitely my last visit. I don't care if the alternatives are further from home, it'll have to be faster than waiting here hour after hour.

Made an appointment as a new patient. I showed 30 minutes early to make sure I could complete all paperwork before my appointment. Stood at sign that said to please wait here to be called to window. Was ignored while woman at counter played on her phone. I completed paperwork with 10 minutes to spare to appointment time. We called back 15 minutes past my appointment time- no problem. Unfortunately it was over an hour AFTER my appointment and I still hadn't seen the doctor. According to the nurse they overbook their patients and the doctors have quotas to meet so they tend to over schedule. HORRIBLE way to treat your patients. I walked out of my appointment never having seen the doctor.

Worst experience at a doctors office in my life. No personal attention and the rudest nurses / assistants I have ever dealt with. The nurse rolled her eyes, laughed at my responses to her medical questions and was completely unprofessional. This is cheap excuse for a doctors office, go somewhere else. This place has no focus on taking care of patients. This "Doctor's office" is just about churning people through the system as quickly and inefficiently as possible to collect the cash. STAY AWAY. Also, I did not see a doctor for 2 hours after my appointment was scheduled.

Waited an hour in the waiting room, then another hour in my paper robe in the office suffering from painful and itchy poison ivy. Was told a two hour wait time is standard. How is making someone wait that long okay to be standard?! Unprofessional. Level of care is fine, but don't schedule people on top of each other.
